WORKOUT PARTIES

Interested in hosting a private party (fundraiser, company party, mom’s/dad’s night out – whatever!) for you and up to 50 friends?

Start with a Kinesis class (or three). From there, pair a series of at least four appointments with one or both of our two therapies: massage or stretch; mix in simple appetizers & beverages at Mae’s Gathering Place and you’ve got the perfect party. We can work together to create the perfect mix for your group. Prices based on the number of participants, along with amount of food and libations ordered. Parties must be scheduled with at least four weeks’ notice. Call us at 206.631.2818 for more information or to reserve the space.

Pricing for Workout Parties:
Kinesis classes $25 per person (includes food & drink)
Therapies $30 per person for 30 minutes (includes food & drink)

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Host a unique birthday party for your child and up to 14 of their friends. Celebrate in our beautiful studio & Mae’s Gathering Space. You may rent the space and organize the event yourself or let us take care of the details. 5focus can cater the party and lead children’s activities from crafts to Kids Yoga. Come and celebrate with us! Please note: cake is not included in our packages. Our two birthday options are listed below:

(1) Kids Yoga or craft activity and party.
Cost: $200 + food costs

• 60 minutes of Kids Yoga or craft activity with qualified Instructor
• 60 minutes to celebrate, open presents, and have refreshments (cake not included)
• Choice of theme
• Use of a mat for each child
• Use of studio space for 2 hours (with set-up and pick-up)

(2) Use of the space only with catering by 5focus.
Cost: $90 + food costs

• 120 minutes to celebrate, open presents, and have refreshments (cake not included)
• Use of space for 2 hours (with set-up and pick-up)
