Interested in arranging a private class? We can customize any class that you see on our listing for you and your group – for a meeting, a retreat, an event, etc. The event can be held at 5focus or we can bring the class to your location. WORKOUT PARTIES
Interested in hosting a private party (fundraiser, company party, mom’s/dad’s night out – whatever!) for you and up to 50 friends? Choose any of our services – massage, stretch therapy, a private Chirunning Lesson; pair those with a class (or 3) – kinesis, a mat class, or kid’s class; mix in snacks & beverages at Café Mae and you’ve got the perfect party. BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Host a unique birthday party for your child and up to 14 of their friends. Celebrate in our beautiful studio & café. You may rent the space and organize the event yourself or let us take care of the details. 5focus can cater the party and lead children’s activities from crafts to our MIM classes. Come and celebrate with us! Please note: cake is not included in our packages.
Birthday OPTION ONE: MIM Class (Mindfulness, Imagination, Movement) or craft activity
Children meet at our studio for class.Cost: $150
- 60 minutes of MIM or craft activity with qualified Instructor
- Choice of theme
- Use of mat for each child
- Use of beautiful studio space for one hour
Birthday OPTION TWO: MIM Class or craft activity and Party. Cost: $200 + food costs
- 60 minutes of MIM or craft activity with qualified Instructor
- 60 minutes to celebrate, open presents, and have refreshments (cake not included)
- Choice of theme
- Use of a mat for each child
- Use of studio space for 2 hours (with set-up and pick-up)
Birthday OPTION THREE: Space only with catering by 5focus/Café Mae. Cost: $90 + food costs
- 120 minutes to celebrate, open presents, and have refreshments (cake not included)
- Use of space for 2 hours (with set-up and pick-up)
