We use high intensity interval training (HIIT) to boost metabolism and support your physical and mental fitness in one fun workout. We use a variety of exercise class equipment similar to what you will find in other Seattle gyms- TRX, BOSU, free weights, ropes, punching bags, and even a Pilates Reformer.
