Brook comes to 5focus with over 10 years of experience in the wellness world. She holds a degree in Psychology with a health focus from Bastyr University, completed a 1000+ hour massage training course with Brenneke School of Massage and most recently, completed health coaching training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
The focus of her bodywork is to help clients feel more at home and happy in their physical bodies. This can mean reducing tension or pain – but it can also mean allowing you to become more self-aware, calm and centered through touch. Kris, LMT, brings 35 years of clinical experience into her massage and acupuncture practice. Kris offers 20 different styles of massage therapy; deep tissue, acupressure, Thai, Trager, craniosacral & pregnancy massage are individually tailored to meet the needs of each client. The “Happy Hour Lobotomy treatment” is a popular treatment applied to the Amazon tribe that is supportive for computer decompression & reconnecting the mind back to the body. Her expertise with a broad spectrum of acute & chronic injuries is one of her specialties she offers the greater community.

Candace graduated in 2011 from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Arizona. She continued her education at SWIHA, focusing on a variety of massage and energetic modalities, as well as completing her 200 hour Yoga Instructor certification.
