5focus Movement Studio specializes in HIIT Fitness Classes and Small Group Personal Training. In order to provide you personalized attention from our expert instructors we allow only eight participants in our HIIT fitness classes. Consider our small group class your affordable personal training session.
We use high intensity interval training (HIIT) to boost metabolism and support endurance, strength, flexibility, and mental acuity in one fun workout. As you move through our class intervals, you control the intensity of each exercise. As such, it is possible for people of all fitness levels to work out in the same class.
5focus’ secret weapon is Kinesis. Each Kinesis station consists of rotating, continuous-resistance loop cables which provide unrestricted movement in any direction. It’s sort of like strength training, Pilates, and sports specific conditioning in one machine.
